Below are a few frequently asked questions we get regarding Performance Fitness. If your questions are not answered here please feel free to contact us.

Yes. Day passes are available for $15.00 per day.

Members have unlimited, free access to all group fitness classes.

We ask that you help us to conserve water by bringing your own towel. We have a very limited number of extra towels in case you forget yours at home.

Yes. Our men’s and women’s shower and locker rooms are clean and always available for our members to use on a daily basis.  Members can also rent a locker for $100/year if they would like to keep items at the gym.

Yes. You can freeze your membership for a fee of $10.00 per month. To do so, please be sure to contact our office at: 805-686-2900 before billing on the 1st.

All cancellations require 30 day written notice. Please contact our office directly at: 805-686-2900, or stop by in person, and we will assist you.

Friday 5:00am - 7:00pm
Saturday 7:00am - 4:00pm
Sunday 8:00am - 4:00pm
